How long does it take to install Full Fibre Broadband
Standard lead time is 10-15 working days, however if BT Openreach are unable to bring the fibre into your building without drilling holes through external walls etc, then this can take longer.
What is the minimum contract term for Full Fibre Broadband?
Minimum term is 12 months.
Do I need to change my router?
You will need a router that has a WAN port and have a Firewall throughput ofmore than 1Gbps. Cranberry can provide business routers for Full FibreBroadband if your existing router is not compatible.

How is Full Broadband installed?
Before an FTTP installation can take place to your premises, there must be a nearby fibre connection point–known as a Connectorised Block Terminal (CBT). The CBT is connected back to the exchange via fibre-optic cable. BT Openreach will then run a fibre from the CBT to your building and next to where the router is located.
